People of Color and Cancer

Hello everyone I am just here to start a good cause I attended a class for Cancer Patients to help them feel better about themselves, I will not take up much of your time but this is what I found. This class helps you feel good about yourselves during and after Cancer treatments, they show you how to Make yourself up,teaching makeup tricks and showing you how to choose a wig or turban etc,Point I am trying to make during this class I noticed that there were not any colors or info for people of Color ,and the companies who donate products gear it to one specific type of people. This has led me to start my own classes for people of Color. If you know or have someone in your family who is going through this and would like some knowledge about what to do and whats available have them send me an email [e-mail]. We all speak about change but how many of us are willing to do or support a Cause for it.

I will certaintly do all I can do. I commend you for this special cause. I know what you mean when you say, " there isn't a market geared towards us for this type of situation." We will catch up though, with remarkable people such as you fighting for us!

Cancer has touched me for sure: I lost my mom, aunt and husband to this.
